Learn from people already inside the system.

The Coderic mentor program is not a coaching marketplace. Every mentor is an active Architect or Fellow in the ecosystem — someone who went through the same incubation process, earned their certification through shipped projects, and now accelerates the next cohort. No external consultants, no generic advice.

How the Program Works

1

Match by Context

You are matched to a mentor based on your current project stack, certification level, and the specific challenge you are working on — not a random pairing from a list.

2

6-Week Engagement

Sessions run for 6 weeks: one 1-hour 1:1 per week, plus async support via Mastermind channels between sessions. Structured around your active incubated project, not hypothetical exercises.

3

Real Project Focus

Each session reviews actual code, actual architecture decisions, and actual blockers from your current project. No generic career advice unless you ask for it.

4

Mutual Accountability

Both mentee and mentor commit to the engagement. Mentors have skin in the game — their Fellow or Architect status is partly evaluated on mentoring outcomes over time.

Mentor Specializations

Fellow

API Architecture & I2P Leadership

TypeScript · Hono · OpenAPI · I2P

Guides teams through the Technical Desiccation and API-First Design phases. Specializes in helping projects define their contract boundaries before writing a single line of implementation code.

Available · 1 slot open
Architect

Distributed Systems & Edge Deployment

Go · Rust · Kubernetes · Edge

Mentors engineers building systems that must run at LATAM scale — low-latency APIs across multiple regions, failover strategies, and the infrastructure-as-code patterns used on Coderic Cloud.

Available · 2 slots open
Fellow

Fintech & Compliance Engineering

Payments · KYC · Auth · LATAM Compliance

Guides teams integrating financial services into incubated products — from KYC/AML implementation to payment gateway selection and LATAM regulatory compliance across CO, MX, and PE.

Architect

OPM Strategy & Crowdfunding Execution

OPM Engine · Pitch Decks · Community Building

Mentors founders preparing for their OPM listing — pitch deck structure, community-first investor outreach, setting realistic funding targets, and managing investor communication during the round.

Available · 1 slot open
Architect

Revenue Share Tracking & Data Systems

PostgreSQL · Event Sourcing · Contribution Systems

Specializes in the data layer of incubated products — schema design, event sourcing patterns for audit trails, and implementing contribution-tracking systems compatible with the Coderic revenue model.

Available · 1 slot open
Fellow

Technical Leadership & Team Incubation

I2P · Team Building · Code Review Culture

For engineers transitioning from individual contributor to technical lead — how to run effective code reviews, manage contribution weights fairly, and maintain engineering standards under project timeline pressure.

Apply for Mentorship

Mentorship is available to all active network members with at least one merged PR in an incubated project. Priority is given to engineers actively in the Architect promotion path.

Must be an active Coderic Engineer or Architect (vetted and contributing)
Must have an active incubated project — mentorship is project-anchored
Must commit to six consecutive weekly sessions (reschedulable, not skippable)
Join the Network First

Become a Mentor

Mentoring is a requirement on the Architect → Fellow promotion path. It is also the most direct way to elevate the ecosystem: every engineer you help ship faster compounds the entire network's output.

Must hold Architect or Fellow certification
Must declare a specialization area and available slot count (maximum 2 simultaneous mentees)
Session quality is reviewed quarterly — mentees rate sessions, outcomes are tracked
