Build once. Earn for 36 months. No hidden clauses.

Every developer who contributes production code to a Coderic-incubated project earns a proportional share of that project's net revenue — paid monthly, automatically, for three years after launch. The math is public. The tracking is transparent. The payouts are non-negotiable.

The Revenue Distribution Formula

When a project generates revenue, it is distributed in this exact order before any contributor sees a payout:

  1. 1.
Platform fees deducted first — Coderic Cloud hosting, OPM Engine fee (5% of funded amount), and payment processing (2–3%). These are fixed and disclosed at project approval.
  2. 2.
Net revenue calculated — what remains after platform fees is the base for all percentage calculations below.
  3. 3.
Distribution applied — 40% to community investors, 35% to development team, 15% to ecosystem fund, 10% to next cohort seed.

Example: A $10,000/month product

Gross Revenue$10,000
Platform Fees (~8%)-$800
Net Revenue$9,200
Community Investors (40%)$3,680
Dev Team Pool (35%)$3,220
Ecosystem Fund (15%)$1,380
Next Cohort Seed (10%)$920

How the Dev Team Pool ($3,220 in example) is split internally

Contribution Score

70% of each developer's share is determined by their Contribution Score — lines reviewed, PRs merged, issues resolved, documentation authored. Tracked automatically.

Phase Participation

20% is allocated based on which phases (I2P, Build, Hardening) the developer participated in. Earlier phases carry a higher weight due to higher risk taken.

Certification Multiplier

10% is a multiplier bonus. Coderic Engineer: 1.0x base. Coderic Architect: 1.2x. Coderic Fellow: 1.5x. This rewards investment in the Learning pillar.

Payout Mechanics

Monthly cadence — payouts are processed on the 5th of each month for the previous month's revenue. No quarterly delays, no "pending" limbo.
Transfer methods — SEPA, local bank transfer (CO/MX/PE), Wise, or conversion to Coderic Credits for use in the Store. Minimum payout threshold: $25 USD equivalent.
Tax documentation — automated invoicing and tax reporting for Colombian, Mexican, and Peruvian tax authorities. LATAM-first compliance built in.
36-month window — the revenue share window begins on public launch date and closes exactly 36 months later, regardless of when you joined the project team.

Contribution Tracking Dashboard

Every contributor gets real-time access to their contribution score, projected monthly payout, and historical earnings. The dashboard also shows your exact weight in the team pool and how your certification level affects your share.
