What we look for in candidates

We accept the top 10% of applicants. Our vetting focuses not just on technical skill, but on alignment with the circular economy model and collaborative work ethic.

Production-grade experienceMinimum 2 years shipping real software — not tutorial projects. We ask for GitHub, not resumés.
API-first mindsetComfort designing systems where the API contract defines everything else — frontend, mobile, integrations.
Circular income alignmentWillingness to trade a portion of hourly rate for long-term revenue share. Not for everyone — perfect for builders.
